We had an oil leak after a routine visit and they sent someone out immediately to inspect the issue at our home and it was fixed within an hour once we were able to bring it into the shop. Will not buy anything from this shop, bike sales staff were excellent and friendly and yes I am looking for a new bike. The apparel salesman was the most rude inattentive, aggressive person I have ever experienced in sales . They sat behind their desk playing with their phone only to look up briefly and shout don’t touch the helmets . Today we needed to buy helmet jacket and boots. For someone so disinterested in customers you have now cost your company 1 bike sale and apparel sales . Date of visit 23/03/24 approx 13:00
